United Breweries Q3 net profit down 28% at Rs 39.94 cr
United Breweries Ltd reported a 28.04 per cent decline in standalone net profit at Rs 39.94 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.

NEW DELHI: Liquor firm United Breweries Ltd (UBL) today reported a 28.04 per cent decline in standalone net profit at Rs 39.94 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 55.51 crore during the same period of the previous fiscal.
Net sales stood at Rs 895.75 crore in the quarter under review, up 4.26 per cent from Rs 859.11 crore in the year ago period, United Breweries Ltd said in a filing to the NSE.
Shares of United Breweries today closed at Rs 1,012 apiece on NSE, up 3.88 per cent from its previos close.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 55.51 crore during the same period of the previous fiscal.
