NEW DELHI: Tractor maker Escorts’ consolidated net profit rose more than four times to Rs 132 crore for the year ended September 30, over the previous fiscal driven by operational efficiency and better product mix.

The ompany saw its net income grow 27.4% to . 3,378 crore during the fiscal. Escorts’ share price closed at Rs 197.4, up 3.95%.
