Suzlon Energy Q3 Results
Profit after tax (PAT) was attributable to the owners of the company. Suzlon’s revenue from operations rose 42% year-on-year to Rs 4,228 crore in Q3, up from Rs 2,969 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The company’s bottomline, however, fell 65% sequentially from Rs 1,279 crore in Q2, even as the topline rose 9% compared with Rs 3,866 crore in the July–September quarter of FY26.
The company’s Q2 PAT divergence was due to incremental deferred tax assets (DTA) of Rs 717 crore, which raised net profit to Rs 1,279 crore.
The company incurred expenses of Rs 3,692 crore in the reported quarter, compared with Rs 3,335 crore in Q2 and Rs 2,611 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting an 11% QoQ and 41% YoY increase.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) in Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 739 crore, up from Rs 500 crore in the year-ago period, marking a 48% increase. Meanwhile, the EBITDA margin rose to 17.5% in the October–December quarter, compared with 16.8% in the year-ago period.
Net volumes in Q3 FY26 stood at 617 MW, up from 447 MW.

Strong domestic demand outlook by 2047
Power demand is set to nearly triple to 4,490 TWh, while renewables are expected to grow tenfold to 1,600 TWh, the company filing said. Within this, wind energy is projected to outpace overall power growth, rising at a 10% CAGR to 400 GW, compared with 5% growth in total power.

Commenting on the earnings, Vice Chairman Girish Tanti said that the company has initiated Suzlon 2.0, a comprehensive business transformation strategy aimed at establishing itself as a full-stack clean energy solutions conglomerate.
