Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company today posted a loss of Rs 21.58 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

NEW DELHI: Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company today posted a loss of Rs 21.58 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
The company had reported a loss of Rs 14.87 crore for the corresponding period previous fiscal, Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company ( SPARC) said in a statement.
Total income from the operations stood at Rs 4.22 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. It was Rs 5.51 crore for the same period previous fiscal.
SPARC was demerged from Sun Pharma as a pharma research and drug discovery company in 2007.
Shares of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company were today trading flat at Rs 74.80 in the late afternoon trade on BSE.
