STC posts Rs 6.53 crore loss in Q3
State Trading Corporation (STC) today reported a net loss of Rs 6.53 crore for the third quarter ended December 30, 2014.

NEW DELHI: State Trading Corporation ( STC) today reported a net loss of Rs 6.53 crore for the third quarter ended December 30, 2014.
It had registered a loss of Rs 153.98 crore in the October-December quarter of the previous fiscal, STC said in a filing to the BSE.
STC sells textiles, commodities, chemicals and drugs. The company's total income from operations increased to Rs 4,776.92 crore in the third quarter of 2014-15, compared to Rs 2,168.31 crore in the same period last year.
Shares of STC closed at Rs 172, up 1.36 per cent, on the BSE.
