Sobha Developers Q3 net profit up 7pc at Rs 52.6 crore

NEW DELHI: Sobha Developers today reported 7 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 52.6 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
The real estate company's net profit stood at Rs 49.4 crore in the year-ago period.
The operating income grew to Rs 429.8 crore during the third quarter of this fiscal from Rs 312.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, Bangalore-based company said in a statement.
During the third quarter, Sobha sold 0.90 million sq ft of new space valued at Rs 533 crore at an average price realisation of Rs 5,910 per sq ft.
