Snowman Logistics net profit up 28 per cent

MUMBAI: Snowman Logistics Friday said its net profit for the July-September was up 28 per cent at Rs.2.94 crore from Rs.2.29 crore over the same period of the previous year.

The company's revenues for Q2FY16 increased by 19 per cent to Rs.57.66 crores from Rs. 48.27 crores in the same period last year. The EBITDA for the quarter increased by 11 per cent to Rs11.05 crores compared to Rs. 9.93 crores.

The total warehousing capacity as on date stands at 94,500 pallets.

Commenting on the results, chairman Prem Kishan Gupta said : 'The performance of the Company during the quarter has been in line with our expectations. The second half of the year, is normally when business in our industry peaks and the same is bound to reflect in the performance of the company'
