SJVN net down 6 pc at Rs 387.03 cr in Jul-Sept quarter
State-owned hydro power producer SJVN today posted nearly six per cent fall in its net profit at Rs 387.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30.

NEW DELHI: State-owned hydro power producer SJVN today posted nearly six per cent fall in its net profit at Rs 387.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30.
The public sector unit has reported a net profit of Rs 411.10 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal, SJVN Ltd, formerly known as Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd, informed the stock exchanges.
Total revenues of the company during the period declined nearly three per cent from Rs 623.81 crore in (July-September) 2011-12 to Rs 606.44 crore this quarter.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 19.71 apiece, up 0.51 per cent on the BSE.
