Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Q2 net up 14.2 pc to Rs 25.85 cr

Textile firm Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Limited today posted a 14.23 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 25.85 crore for the second quarter ended December 31, 2010 over the same period previous fiscal.

NEW DELHI: Textile firm Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Limited today posted a 14.23 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 25.85 crore for the second quarter ended December 31, 2010 over the same period previous fiscal.

The company said it had registered a net profit of Rs 22.63 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2009, Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn said in a statement.

During the quarter under review, the company's revenue stood at Rs 431.50 crore, an increase of 16.41 per cent as compared with Rs 370.68 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year.
