SH Kelkar Q2 consolidated net zooms 246.50% to Rs 24.29 cr

MUMBAI: Fragrance maker SH Kelkar & Company today reported over three-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 24.29 crore for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016 against that of Rs 7.01 crore in the same period last year.

Total income from operations on a consolidated basis stood at Rs 263.62 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 223.41 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a statement.

"The domestic division continued to deliver robust topline growth of 26 per cent, while the performance in the international segment was muted," SH Kelkar Chief Executive Officer and Director Kedar Vaze said.
