Seshasayee Q3 profit up by 73.2 per cent

CHENNAI: Paper and boards manufacturer Seshasayee has reported a 73.2 per cent growth in net profits at Rs 8.11 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The Erode-based company had registered Rs 4.68 crore net profit during the corresponding period a year ago, Seshasayee Paper and Boards, said in a filing to the BSE.

The total income from operations for the three month period ended December 31, 2012 rose to Rs 161.61 crore from Rs 142.34 crore registered during the same period previous year.
