Rolta India net up 25.3 pc at Rs 84.04 cr for Jan-Mar
IT company Rolta India today posted 25.3 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 84.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
MUMBAI: IT company Rolta India today posted 25.3 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 84.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
The company had posted consolidated net profit of Rs 67.10 crore for the same period last year.
The consolidated revenue of the company in the reported quarter grew by 16.7 per cent year-on-year basis to Rs 460.34 crore against Rs 394.56 crore posted for the same period in last financial year.
"At Rolta, we have continuously striven to enhance our value proposition for our clients. Some recent wins are testimony to the success of our IP-centric solutions strategy. The company is now starting to monetise its investments in IP," Rolta India Chairman and Managing Director KK Singh said in a statement.
The results does not include the results of Shaw Rolta Limited joint venture as Rolta India has sold its 50 per cent to its joint venture partner Stone and Webster, the statement said.
