Reliance Retail Q4 Results: Cons PAT jumps 12% YoY; annual profit crosses Rs 10,000 crore mark
Reliance Retail Q4 Results: RRVL reported strong financials with Q4 net profit at Rs 2,698 crore and revenue of Rs 67,610 crore. EBITDA increased, store footprint expanded, and total revenue crossed Rs 3 lakh crore.
The annual net profit of RRVL crossed the Rs 10,000 crore mark, the company today said in its filing to the exchanges.
Revenue from operations for the January-December quarter stood at Rs 67,610 crore, up 9.8% year-on-year (YoY) as against Rs 61,559 crore posted in the same quarter last year. Sequentially it was down 9% from Rs 74,373 crore.
On the full year basis, the total revenue stood at Rs 273,079 crore, up from Rs 230,931 crore posted by RRVL in FY23.

The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) from operations stood at Rs 5,632 crore in Q4, up 18.1% YoY.
The company recorded gross revenue of Rs 3,06,786 crore for FY24, a growth of 17.8% over the last year.
The registered customer base was at 30.40 crore at the end of the year, up 22.2% YoY while the total transactions recorded were at 126 crore, up 22% YoY. Reliance Retail also undertook an equity fund raise of Rs 17,814 crore in FY24, including Rs 2,500 crore infusion by RIL during the quarter.
Meanwhile, RRVL's parent and oil-to-chemicals conglomerate Reliance Industries (RIL) today reported a 2% fall in its consolidated net profit at Rs 18,951 crore for the quarter ended March 2024. It was Rs 19,299 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations surged 11% year-on-year to Rs 2.4 lakh crore in the reporting period, compared with Rs 2.16 lakh crore in the previous year quarter.
