Puravankara Projects net profit jumps 14%
Puravankara Projects has reported a 14% jump in third quarter net profit for the fiscal year 2012 at Rs 32 crore.
The Bangalore-based builder’s net sales in the October-December 2011 quarter was up by 9% at Rs 194 crore as compared to the same period last year.
The group has an extensive and considerable land bank of 125.17 million square feet across India. Currently, Puravankara's has around 20 projects, totaling to 27 million sq ft at different stages of development in the south and in Kolkata.

Puravankara’s stock closed at Rs 75.35, or 7.09% lower, on BSE on Friday.
