Provogue India Q3 net up 7.31% at Rs 9.68 cr

NEW DELHI: Apparel retail chain Provogue India Ltd today reported a 7.31 per cent increase in its net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010 at Rs 9.68 crore.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 9.02 crore in the same quarter last fiscal, Provogue India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Total income during the third quarter this fiscal stood at Rs 145.42 crore, as against Rs 123.1 crore in the same period last fiscal, up 18.13 per cent, it added.
Shares of the company closed today at Rs 38.80 on the BSE, up 13.12 per cent from its previous close.
