NEW DELHI: Piramal Life Sciences on Saturday posted a net loss of Rs 39.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.
The company had a net loss of Rs 31.47 crore in the same period last fiscal, Piramal Life Sciences said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Net sales of the company stood at Rs 63 lakh in the quarter ended September 30, while the same was Rs 2.55 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 172.35 on BSE on the Friday, up 5 per cent from its previous close.
