Parabolic Drugs Q2 net up 0.62 pc to Rs 14.38 crore

Parabolic Drugs today reported marginal increase in standalone net profit to Rs 14.38 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.

MUMBAI: Parabolic Drugs today reported marginal increase in standalone net profit to Rs 14.38 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, over the same period previous fiscal.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 14.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010, Parabolic Drugs said in a filing to the BSE.

Standalone net sales of the company stood at Rs 195.59 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, against Rs 146.86 crore for the same period previous fiscal.

The company has filed 38 drug master files (DMF) across US, Europe, Japan and Canada, it said.

Parabolic Drugs is engaged in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and API intermediates.
