Page Industries registers PAT of Rs 16.36 crore
The company recorded strong sales of Rs 126.42 crore for the quarter ended Sept 30, 2010, an increase of 44 per cent from Rs 87.52 crore.

BANGALORE: Page Industries Limited Bangalore, exclusive licensee of Jockey International Inc US, registered a net profit of Rs 16.36 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010, a 55 per cent growth for the same period last year.
The company recorded strong sales of Rs 126.42 crore for the quarter ended Sept 30, 2010, an increase of 44 per cent from Rs 87.52 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company registered a CAGR of 36 per cent in sales and 33 per cent in Profit After Tax over the last three financial years.
The high point of this quarter has been the "International Licensee of the Decade" award Page Industries received from Jockey USA. The award has been given for the first time in the history of Brand Jockey to a licensee, primarily for recording highest growth among 120 countries consistently, besides maintaining exemplary quality standards across all operations.
Commenting on the company's performance, Sunder Ashok Genomal- Managing Director, Page Industries Ltd said, 'We are pleased that Page Industries has delivered yet another strong quarter, with increased revenue growth that has exceeded our expectations".
