PRISM's Gross Booking Value (GBV), or bookings, increased 30% to approximately Rs 9,600 crore from Rs 7,408 crore in the first quarter of financial year 2025-26. The company's EBITDA grew 24% to Rs 760 crore from Rs 611 crore.
Addressing shareholders at the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in early October, founder Ritesh Agarwal had said that performance across hotels and vacation homes had demonstrated improving gross margins and higher operating earnings, even as the company invested in expanding its brands and strengthening customer demand.
He had also highlighted that adjusted EBITDA, net of lease expenses, had increased 35% YoY to Rs 589 crore.
Growth was broad-based across its hotels and vacation homes businesses. PRISM’s hotel segment bookings grew 30% YoY, while the vacation homes business recorded 28% growth in bookings.
Agarwal attributed the company’s performance to investments made over the past few years in technology, brands, distribution capabilities and its global operating model. “We are continuing to grow our business while generating healthy operating earnings. We are seeing the benefits of the investments we have made over the past few years in technology, brands and distribution capabilities, while continuing to invest quite aggressively,” he said.
At the EGM, Agarwal also highlighted the role of PRISM's common technology platform in supporting growth across geographies. Built centrally and replicated across markets, the platform supports key functions, including pricing, distribution, reservations, customer service and property management. India continues to be an important technology and operating hub for the company, alongside its growing hospitality business.
Speaking about the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the company's operations, Agarwal said, “We are now embedding AI into these processes to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks and make intelligent decisions faster, whether in pricing, operating efficiency or improving customer service.”
He also referred to Grace AI, the company's AI general manager, which supports operations across a number of its hotels in Western markets.
In his EGM address, Agarwal highlighted the importance of the company's geographically diversified business, with North America remaining a key market following the acquisition of G6 Hospitality. He said G6 alone contributed approximately Rs 14,000 crore in Gross Booking Value during the financial year 2025-26.
