Oberoi Realty Q2 profit more than doubles

MUMBAI: Realty developer Oberoi Realty has reported nearly 105% on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 213.83 for the quarter ended September.

Total income for the quarter also grew 101% to Rs 619.78 crore, the company said in its regulatory filing.

The company earned revenue worth Rs 560.04 crore from real estate operations, while hospitality revenue was Rs 32.07 crore during the quarter.
