Oberoi Realty Ltd Q3 Net up 16 per cent at Rs 79.23 crore
Total income rose to Rs 219.6 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal from Rs 185.95 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

NEW DELHI: Oberoi Realty Ltd today reported 16 per cent increase in the consolidated net profit at Rs 79.23 for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 on higher sales.
It had posted a net profit of Rs 68.06 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income rose to Rs 219.6 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal from Rs 185.95 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty said in a filing to the BSE.
Net sales increased by 28 per cent to Rs 215.73 crore in October-December period as against Rs 169 crore in the year- ago period.
Oberoi Realty has completed more than 35 projects across Mumbai.
