Nestle India net profit rises 10% to Rs 263.43 crore in Q2

Nestle India posted 10 per cent rise in net profit for the quarter ended June 30.

For the quarter under review, the company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 263.43 crore as against Rs 240.22 crore in the same period last year crore in the same period last year

Total standalone revenue for the quarter came in at Rs 2,469.06 crore, up 9.44 percent YOY from Rs 2,256.09 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Income from operations stood at Rs 2,484.73 crore, up 9.38 per cent compared to the income of year-ago quarter of Rs 2,271.69 crore. Nestle India reported an operating profit of Rs 376.23 crore for the quarter ended June compared with Rs 379.53 crore a year earlier.
