NEW DELHI: Auto component maker Munjal Showa today reported 14.32 per cent decline in its net profit for the quarter ended June 30 at Rs 13.52 crore.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 15.78 crore in the corresponding period last year, Munjal Showa said in a filing to the BSE.
The net sales of the company during the first quarter, however, increased by 12.62 per cent to Rs 419.84 crore from Rs 372.79 crore in the year-ago period, it added.
Reacting to the numbers, the shares of the company were trading 2.82 per cent down at Rs 74 apiece on the BSE.

The net sales of the company during the first quarter, however, increased by 12.62 per cent to Rs 419.84 crore from Rs 372.79 crore in the year-ago period, it added.
