MRF Q4 net profit drops 32.28% to Rs 286.77 crore

MRF on Thursday posted 32.28 per cent YoY fall in net profit for the quarter ended March 31.

For the quarter under review, the company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 286.77 crore, compared with Rs 423.46 crore in the same period last year crore in the same period last year.

Total standalone revenue for the quarter came in at Rs 3,712.84 crore, down 1.57 percent YoY from Rs 3,772.04 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Income from operations stood at Rs 3,778.23 crore, down 1.58 per cent compared to the income of year-ago quarter of Rs 3,839.02 crore.

The stock closed the day at Rs 67,022.55 on NSE, down 2.36 per cent .
