Morepen Labs Q1 net loss widens by 29.48 pc to Rs 13.13 crore

NEW DELHI: Morepen Laboratories today said its net loss widened by 29.48 per cent to Rs 13.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 over the same period previous fiscal.

The company had posted a net loss of Rs 10.14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 Morepen Laboratories said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Net sales of the company rose to Rs 60.20 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 as against Rs 48.39 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal.

Shares of Morepen Laboratories today closed at Rs 4.10 on BSE, down 2.61 per cent from its previous close.
