Monarch Networth Capital (MNCL) reported a 33% year-on-year rise in total income to Rs. 104 crore. The financial advisory firm's profit after tax (PAT) surged by 18.8% YoY to Rs. 44 crore, with earnings per share (EPS) increasing to Rs. 6.13 from Rs. 5.47 in Q2FY24.

For the first half of FY25, MNCL achieved a 56.9% YoY growth in total income, reaching Rs. 189.21 crore, while PAT climbed 55.5% YoY to Rs. 84.03 crore. The EPS for H1FY25 was Rs. 12.05, up from Rs. 7.98 in H1FY24.

In Q2FY25, the company reached a new milestone by raising Rs. 300 crore in equity capital from prominent investors, including contributions from its promoter and CEO, according to a press release. Additionally, MNCL announced its first-ever bonus issue, offering shares in a 1:1 ratio to shareholders, alongside achieving a record quarterly PAT and an annualized Return on Equity (RoE) of 30.1%.
