Mercedes-Benz sales up 51 per cent in February

Luxury car-maker, Mercedes-Benz India, today said it has clocked a 51 per cent jump in sales during February 2011, to 662 units as against 439 units in the same month last year.

MUMBAI: Luxury car-maker, Mercedes-Benz India, today said it has clocked a 51 per cent jump in sales during February 2011, to 662 units as against 439 units in the same month last year.

"2011 started on a wonderful note for us and with the increased sales figures we are delighted that customers appreciate our brand value and have furthermore helped us in achieving this benchmark," Mercedes-Benz India's Managing Director & CEO, Peter T Honegg, said in a statement.
