McNally Bharat FY-11 net profit up 28% at Rs 63 crore

The company had recorded Rs 49.51 crore net profit in the previous fiscal, it said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange

NEW DELHI: McNally Bharat Engineering today reported a 28 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 63.36 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011.

The company had recorded Rs 49.51 crore net profit in the previous fiscal, it said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE).

Total income of the company rose to Rs 2,252.68 crore in 2010-11 against Rs 1,805.53 crore in 2009-10.

The scrip of the comapny ended 3.94 per cent higher on the BSE to Rs 149.10 over the previous day's closing.
