Magma Fincorp Q1 net profit rises to Rs 31 crore

KOLKATA: Magma Fincorp Ltd today reported a net profit of Rs 31.05 crore (after minority interest) for the first quarter of 2012-13, a growth of over 90 per cent over the same period last year.

The company in a statement said total revenue was Rs 325.24 crore during the quarter.

Inspite of a sluggish performance by auto, equipment and tractors, Magma's disbursements grew at a robust 45 per cent to Rs 2,057 crore, the company said.
