"Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 95 crore as against Rs 111 crore in Q1 FY26, lower by 14 per cent, reflecting the same geopolitical and cost pressures on account of elevated depreciation and financing costs, even as the company remained focused on profitable and sustainable long-term growth," said the company in an exchange filing.
According to the filing, total revenue for Q1 FY27 stood at Rs 710 crore, registering a growth of 16 per cent over Rs 614 crore recorded in Q1 FY26, driven by sustained execution momentum across the company's renewable energy portfolio and a higher contribution from its core business verticals.
The board also approved the appointment of Kapil Kriplani as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company designated as Group Chief Financial Officer (KP Group), with effect from August 11, 2026.
The board took on record the resignation tendered by Salim Yahoo from the post of Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the company through a letter dated August 11, 2026.
He will be relieved from his duties in due course, and the effective date of cessation will be intimated accordingly, it said.
