Kirloskar Brothers Q1 net loss at Rs 3.26 crore

NEW DELHI: Pumps-maker Kirloskar Brothers today reported a standalone net loss of Rs 3.26 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 7.75 crore in the April-June period of previous fiscal, Kirloskar Brothers said in a BSE filing.
Net sales of the company were down 1.32 per cent at Rs 373.71 crore in the quarter under review as against Rs 378.73 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
Shares of Kirloskar Brothers ended 7.72 per cent down at Rs 138.60 per scrip on BSE.
