Kajaria Ceramics Q4 net up 37% at Rs 42.11 cr
Kajaria Ceramics' Q4 net sales rose to Rs 523.9 crore, up 19.77 per cent, from Rs 437.41 crore the year-ago period, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company had posted consolidated net profit of Rs 30.77 crore for the January-March quarter of 2012-13.

Its overall expenses stood at Rs 452.23 crore in the January-March quarter, compared with Rs 379.8 crore in the same period a year ago.
Kajaria Ceramics scrip was trading at Rs 465.50 in the afternoon trade, up 0.03 per cent, on the BSE.
It has also decided to acquire 51 per cent stake in Taurus Tiles Pvt Ltd in Morbi (Gujarat) by subscribing to the equity shares of the company.
"Taurus Tiles is in the process of setting up a plant having 5 MSM (million square meter) annual capacity of Polished Vitrified Tiles," the company said.
Kajaria Ceramics is also looking at putting up a green field facility in Rajasthan for production of 5 MSM annual capacity of vitrified Tiles.
