Paints and coatings maker JSW Dulux Ltd on Tuesday reported a 12.4 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 79.7 crore for the June quarter of FY27.

The company, formerly known as Akzo Nobel India Ltd, had posted a net profit of Rs 91 crore in the corresponding April-June quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 965 crore in the June quarter of FY27, down 2.82 per cent year-on-year from Rs 993.1 crore in Q1 FY26.


Its total expenses marginally dropped by 0.76 per cent to Rs 872.9 crore in the first quarter of FY27.

Total income declined 1.14 per cent to Rs 990.6 crore.

stock split in a 1:10 ratio. In a separate filing, JSW Dulux informed the stock exchanges that its board, in a meeting held on Aug 11, approved the sub-division of the company's existing equity shares, subject to shareholders' approval through a postal ballot and other required statutory or regulatory clearances.

Under the proposal, each fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each will be split into 10 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each.

In December 2025, JSW Paints, a part of the 23 billion JSW Group, acquired a 60.76 per cent stake in Akzo Nobel India pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement between JSW Paints Ltd and Imperial Chemicals Industries Ltd and Akzo Nobel Coatings International BV.

Shares of JSW Dulux on Tuesday settled at Rs 3,157.10 apiece, up 3.29 per cent, on the BSE.
