MUMBAI: JMC Projects (India) has reported a lower income of Rs 260-crore in Q1 FY 11 as against Rs 288-crore in the year-ago period.

Its net profit is also lower at Rs 5.41-crore in the reporting quarter as against Rs 6.49-crore in the year-ago period, a press release issued here today stated.

The reason for the lower revenue and net profit figures is the delay in some projects of its clients, the company said.

JMC Projects (India) is a subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL).

The order-book of the company presently stands in excess of Rs 3,800-crore.
