JB Pharma Q2 Results: Net profit jumps 16% to Rs 175 crore, revenue up 13%
JB Pharma reported a 16% YoY increase in Q2FY25 net profit to Rs 175 crore, driven by 22% growth in domestic business. Revenues rose 13% to Rs 1,001 crore, while EBITDA grew 13%, maintaining margins at 28.4%.

The company posted Rs 151 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,001 crore in Q2 FY25, a 13 per cent Y-o-Y rise from Rs 882 crore reported in Q2FY24.
JB Pharma’s domestic business grew by 22% YoY to Rs 588 crore, driven by strong demand for products such as Cilacar, Cilacar-T, Rantac, Nicardia, Metrogyl, and Sporlac.
Operating EBITDA grew by 13% to Rs 285 crores, while EBITDA margins remained constant at 28.4%.
Domestic formulations business recorded revenue of Rs 588 crores versus Rs 481 crores growth of 22%. International business revenue grew by 3% at INR 413 crores.
"On the international front, our formulations business performed well in Q2 and CDMO division growth will pick up in H2 as we come out of a seasonally muted Q2," said Nikhil Chopra, CEO and Wholetime Director, JB Pharma.
