Jay Bharat Maruti Q1 net profit rises marginally to Rs 5.53 crore

NEW DELHI: Auto-component maker Jay Bharat Maruti today reported a marginal increase in its net profit for the first quarter ended June 30 at Rs 5.53 crore.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 5.52 crore in the corresponding period last year, Jay Bharat Maruti said in a statement.

The revenue during the quarter also jumped by 15.59 per cent to Rs 260.77 crore from Rs 225.59 crore in the year-ago period, it added.

Shares of the company today closed 0.91 per cent up at Rs 82.90 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
