IIFL Finance Q3 net profit at Rs 545.2 crore

MUMBAI: IIFL Finance said on Wednesday its consolidated net profit stood at 545.2 crore for the quarter ended December 31, up 3.7% from the previous quarter.

Consolidated revenue from operations jumped 4.4% to Rs 2,647.5 crore from the September quarter. Net profit in October-December jumped 28.8% and revenue from operations rose 23.4% from last year.

The firm has also announced an interim dividend of 4 per share. Shares of IIFL Finance closed 1.85% higher on the BSE at 651.40 on Wednesday.
