The company's average assets under management increased 17 per cent to Rs 4,16,900 crore as of June-end 2021, compared to Rs 3,56,200 crore in June 2020, giving it a market share of 12.6 per cent.
Mumbai: HDFC Asset Management’s profit after tax (PAT) rose 14 per cent in the June quarter compared with the same period a year ago. The mutual fund posted a net profit of Rs 345 crore in April-June as against Rs 302 crore in the same quarter last year. Its revenue from operations in the quarter rose 23 per cent to Rs 507 crore from Rs 411.5 crore in June 2020.
Operating profit rose 21 per cent at Rs 365 crore, compared with Rs 300 crore in the same period in the previous year. HDFC AMC shares ended at Rs 3,089 on Friday.
