Havells India standalone net profit at Rs 61 cr; stk up

MUMBAI: Havells India posted standalone net profit of Rs 78.88 crore for quarter ended December 2011 against Rs 61.12 crore in the same period a year ago. Net sales were at Rs 896.17 crore as compared to Rs 722.14 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.

The stock was at Rs 439.65, up 2.49 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 448 and low of Rs 422.15 in trade so far.
