Greaves Cotton Q3 net up 38.82 pc at Rs 46.66 cr
Engineering firm Greaves Cotton Ltd today reported a 38.82 per cent increase in net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 to Rs 46.66 crore.

NEW DELHI: Engineering firm Greaves Cotton Ltd today reported a 38.82 per cent increase in net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 to Rs 46.66 crore.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 33.61 crore in the same quarter in the previous fiscal.
Total income for the period under review were at Rs 452.86 crore, as against Rs 358.01 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
The firm said its board has recommended a final dividend of 70 paisa per share entailing a total outgo of Rs 19.66 crore.
Greaves Cotton Ltd scrips closed the day at Rs 93.70 on the BSE, down 3.4 per cent from the previous close.
