Flexituff International Q3 net dips marginally to Rs 8.13 crore

Flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) manufacturer Flexituff International today reported a marginal decline in net profit at Rs 8.13 crore.

MUMBAI: Flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) manufacturer Flexituff International today reported a marginal decline in net profit at Rs 8.13 crore during the quarter ending December 31, 2011 compared to the same period last year.

The company's net profit in the December quarter last year under review stood at Rs 8.63 crore.

The net sales of the company grew by 28 per cent to Rs 148.20 crore in the reporting quarter compared to Rs 115.66 crore in the corresponding quarter, according to a press note.

Meanwhile, the company's board of directors which met today, approved the appointment of Kaushal Ganeriwal as an additional director.

Flexituff International manufactures FIBC, geo-textile fabric and ground cover, reverse printed BOPP woven bags, special PP bags, including leno bags.

These products are manufactured at three manufacturing units located in Pithampur in Madhya Pradesh and Kashipur in Uttrakhand.
