Firstsource sees operating margins improving in FY11

MUMBAI: Back office services provider Firstsource Solutions Ltd expects operating margins to improve in FY11, Ananda Mukerji, managing director and chief exceutive officer said at a media briefing.

The company also expects seasonal dip in revenue and profitability largely due to collections business, he added.
