Excel Crop Care's FY'11 net profit up 17 pc to Rs 37.43 crore
Excel Crop Care reported a 17% increase in its standalone net profit to Rs 43.68 crore for 2010-11 as against Rs 37.43 crore in the previous fiscal.

MUMBAI: Agro-chemicals maker Excel Crop Care today reported a 17 per cent increase in its standalone net profit to Rs 43.68 crore for 2010-11 as against Rs 37.43 crore in the previous fiscal.
Total standalone income rose by 14 per cent to Rs 731.14 crore compared to Rs 643.15 crore in the period under review, it said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE).
Further, in a separate filing to the BSE, the company said its Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 3.75 per equity share of Rs five each.
The company shares today closed at Rs 165.20, which is 4.01 per cent down from its previous close on the BSE.
