Dwarikesh Sugar posts net loss of Rs 23 crore in Q4
Total income during Q4, 2012-13 decreased to Rs 198.36 crore from Rs 201.48 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a BSE filing.

For the entire fiscal ended September 30 its total income was Rs 927.61 crore, up from Rs 698.59 crore in 2011-12. Its net loss widened, however, to Rs 19.36 crore in 2012-13, from Rs 11.30 crore last fiscal.
The company has three plants in Uttar Pradesh with combined sugarcane crushing capacity of 21,500 tonne per day.
In a separate filing to the BSE, the company said that L P Aggarwal has been appointed as an independent director on its board.
Dwarikesh scrip closed at Rs 25.95, up 2.37 per cent, on the BSE.
