Dunlop posts Rs 16 cr loss in Dec qtr
Tyre maker Dunlop India today reported a net loss of Rs 16.44 lakh for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 63.83 lakh during the corresponding quarter previous year, Dunlop India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The total income during the quarter, however, increased by 37.68 per cent to Rs 57.69 crore from Rs 41.90 crore in the year-ago period, it added.
The shares of the company today closed 0.86 per cent down at Rs 63.55 a piece on the BSE.
