Dhanalaxmi Bank FY24 net profit up 8.4%

Mumbai: Dhanalaxmi Bank reported ₹58 crore net profit for the full year ending March 2024, up 8.4% over FY23. Total deposit rose 7% to ₹14,290 crore while advances rose 5.5% to ₹ 10,397 crore.
The share of low-cost deposits (current and savings accounts) was 30.6%. Net interest income stood at ₹458 crore and non-interest income at ₹152 crore for FY24. The bank's capital adequacy ratio improved to 12.7% from 12.3% a year ago. Net non-performing loans fell to 1.16% of advances from 1.25%, while provision coverage ratio stood at 88.3%.
