NEW DELHI: Dalmia Bharat Ltd today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 18.77 crore for the quarter ended September 30.
The company had reported a net loss of Rs 16.99 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a filing to BSE.
Total income from operations increased to Rs 1,439.27 crore over Rs 721.64 crore in the year-ago period, it said.
In a statement, the company said it is committed to further optimising the operational efficiencies coupled with continuing focus on premium branding.
The Dalmia Bharat Group is engaged in cement, sugar, thermal power and other businesses.
