Cummins India's net profit falls 22.35% to Rs 152.9 crore in Q2

Cummins India posted 22.35 per cent fall in net profit for the quarter ended 30-09-2017 .

For the quarter under review, the company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 152.9 crore as against Rs compared with Rs. 196.9 crore in the same period last year.

Total standalone revenue for the quarter came in at Rs 1118.43 crore, down -10.52 percent YoY from Rs 1249.97 crore in the year-ago quarter .

Income from operations stood at Rs 1153.85 crore, down 9.78 percent compared to the income of year-ago quarter of Rs 1278.97 crore.

Cummins India reported an operating profit of Rs 145.44 crore for the quarter ended September compared with Rs 178.12 crore a year earlier.
