Mumbai: CSB Bank on Friday reported an over three-fold jump in its net profit for the fiscal fourth quarter at Rs 130.67 crore, compared with Rs 43 crore a year earlier.

Total income during the quarter ended on March 31 rose to Rs 583.17 crore from Rs 560.87 crore, the private-sector lender said.

The bank's asset quality showed improvement with its gross non-performing asset ratio falling to 1.81%. It was 2.66% a year earlier.


Gross NPAs were worth Rs 289.51 crore, down from Rs 393.49 crore.

Net NPAs reduced to 0.68% from 1.17%.

The bank's board did not recommend any dividend for the year.
