Chambal Fertilisers Q2 net up 33 pc to Rs 86 cr

NEW DELHI: Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals on Saturday reported a 33 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 86 crore for the quarter ended September 30 on increased sales.

The company had reported Rs 64.61 crore net profit in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, it said in a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Net sales of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals rose to Rs 1,535 crore during the reporting quarter against Rs 957 crore in the same quarter a year-ago.
